I can’t go on working together with that kind of people, I’ve never ever seen such a big bullshit like this. Something has to be changed but never changed. I have to tell this right now, otherwise you guys would tell me that i’m always telling the bad things after leaving somewhere :((.
But how can you bear it? I am not appropriate for this environment, this management style. Even though “there is no perfect work place” , live or leave!
